Why Schools Love TpT

"The products help teachers throughout all areas of the day from organization and data management to lesson planning and assessing. Using these materials, we can better meet the needs of individual learners!"

Casey, PTO President
Buxton Center Elementary School, Maine

"We're budget-constrained and haven't had textbooks since 2004. We heard other teachers in our school use TpT and decided to purchase full-year math curriculum and replace the textbooks with something more modern."

Tim S., Math Department Chair
Curtis Inge Middle School, Oklahoma

"We discuss during our PLC meetings how we can use TpT to fill our instructional needs. We now have budgeted an allotment for TpT resources that have led to student improvement."

Ron F., Principal
Franklin Elementary, Missouri

Have Questions?

Browse the FAQs below or email us at Schools@TeachersPayTeachers.com.

Who should set up a TpT for Schools account?

We recommend school administrators (principals, assistant principals, curriculum coordinators, instructional coaches) that are most involved in curriculum planning to set up the school account. As the owner of the account, you will be able to invite teachers, receive notifications of new requests, make purchases on behalf of the school, send purchase orders to a billing contact, and send licenses to teachers

How much does it cost?

It’s free to set up an account on TpT for Schools. We have over 400,000 free resources and 2.1 million paid resources. An average resource costs just $5, but you can also buy full curriculum for a fraction of the price of a textbook.

Do you accept purchase orders?

Yes! It’s easy to purchase resources on TpT with a Purchase Order. Learn more

How will my teachers access the resources I purchase?

Once you purchase a resource digitally, you will be able to choose how many licenses you need and distribute those resources to your teachers directly through TpT. They must link a personal account to your school account to receive the resources. An email will be automatically sent with the resource when you allocate a license to a teacher.

How do I make TpT an approved vendor at my school?

First check whether TpT is already on your school's approved vendor list (Tip — we may be listed under Teachers Pay Teachers, Teacher Synergy, or TpT HoldCo). You can find our contact info and our W-9 form here. Send your school's vendor forms to our Purchase Orders team at PurchaseOrders@TeachersPayTeachers.com.

What do I do if I am confirmed on the list but am waiting for more Information?

Congratulations! We are thrilled to have you on our list for the limited release of TpT for Schools. We will notify you as soon as possible when your school account can be created. Read more about how this will work here.
